EVENT BOOKING PROCESS
Event organisers have enough to worry about without also having to micro-manage a speaker. With more than 14 years experience in the industry, Bonita knows how to make your life as easy as possible and deliver transformational content to your audience. Working with Bonita includes:
Pre-booking Introductory Call
30 minute discovery call to get to know each other and find out whether Bonita is the right fit for your event.
Briefing Call
A 45 minute call to firstly understand what success looks like for you, so that content can be discussed and agreed upon, an secondly to run through the logistics of the day and agree timings. Any book order can be agreed upon too.
Slides Sent in Advance
With content agreed upon in the briefing call, Bonita will finalise her slide deck and send it to you by a pre-agreed deadline. You will be able to download her slides from a link and play them in PowerPoint.
Pre-event Call
An optional call to check-in a few days before the event.
On the day
Bonita will arrive at a pre-agreed time, leaving plenty of time for travel delays. She will work with the AV team to make sure her slides are running smoothly and that lighting, sound and stage directions are checked through. If you have ordered books, these will arrive at the venue on the day and Bonita will make sure she has plenty of time to sign them. Bonita will be as flexible as possible if there are delays to the start of her session and if you need, she can also reduce the time of her talk to get your timings back on track. Bonita will run her own slides with a clicker and prefers a lapel mic or headset. After her talk she will stay to speak with audience members and invite feedback if you wish to share any.
Post-event Linkedin Engagement
Bonita can make post-event Linkedin posts to continue the engagement and reinforce your key messages with your teams after your event is complete.

Bonita Norris is the youngest person ever to reach both the summit of Mount Everest and the North Pole.
She has successfully climbed multiple 8,000m peaks including - Everest (8,849m), Lhotse (8,516m), Manaslu (8,163m) and attempted to become the first British woman to successfully climb K2 (8,611m).
In just two years, Bonita went from having never climbed to becoming the youngest British woman to ever climb Mount Everest.
Bonita’s keynote speech - ‘Mountains of the Mind’ helps galvanise and motivate teams to achieve their seemingly impossible goals through the delivery key lessons on topics such as teamwork, courage, resilience and mindset.
